Flare-to-Fuel (FTF) Technologies

For The Low-Emission Oilfield of Tomorrow

FTF System

FTF System Components

  • The FTF system includes a process skid, a common skid and several ancillary systems
  • Process skid
    The core element of the FTF system, where flare gas is converted to a methane-rich fuel;
    includes HHR (Heavy Hydrocarbon Reactor) and SNG (Synthetic Natural Gas) reactors and related thermal management and gas flow control systems
  • Common skid
    includes distribution, metering, and blending for gas, water and power
  • Ancillary systems
    includes gas drying, NGL separation, nitrogen generation, steam generation, sulfur removal and water storage
