Superior Gas Solutions’ Flare-to-Fuel Technology

Superior Gas Solutions – SGS – is a technology based company providing proprietary onsite flare gas reformation products and services. We deliver successful flare mitigation through the conversion of raw flare gas to high quality, extremely consistent fuels. Our patented process has been developed and commercialized over years, through field demonstrations and long term installation. Our platform technology converts high BTU flare gas into a methane-rich, fuel-grade product that can be used to power natural gas engines in various applications including on-site off grid power generation, gas compression and electric-fracturing operations, as well as fueling dual-fuel vehicles.

This proprietary best-of-breed equipment is marketed as the Flare-To-Fuel ‘FTF System’. It is packaged in an SGS designed, skid based modular system and is controlled by SGS developed software. As a full service technology provider, SGS provides turnkey flare-to-fuel solutions in the oilfield and other locations: services include FTF system configuration and site layout, installation, operation, and maintenance.

The FTF System delivers the ultimate in consistent quality fuel anywhere flare gas is available – and by processing the entire flare gas stream, there are no residual waste streams or by-products requiring storage and disposal.
